Non-Japanese, Non-English Pokemon Music :
autor: adampilka | date: 2008-11-08 | category: AnimeI was just wondering if anyone had some opinions on the non-Japanese, non-English Pokemoon music out there. Lately I've been playing a lot of the Italian theme music and remixes (availible on the "The Master Saga" album on iTunes) and realized how nice it is. Does anyone here have a favorite non-Japanese, non-English song they'd like to talk about?

Music is a language all it's own =P

All the Italian openings are great. ^^ In terms of music, anyway. Of all the Italian Pokésongs I know of, I adore the dance mix of Oltre I Cieli Dell Avventura the most. (Did I spell that correctly? XD) By the way, the MP3 of said song on my computer ends rather abruptly at 3:32 and I suspect it's not the full version. If so, does anyone know where I can find it? Not counting translations, are there any Pokémon-related songs that aren't Japanese, English, or Italian? I can't recall any.

All the dance mixes seem to have rather odd endings.Quote- translations, are there any PokśŠmon-related songs that aren't Japanese, English, or Italian? I can't recall any. "Du Bist Nicht Allein" (German) comes to mind.

I like the two first Korean openings. Believe it or not, the first foreign opening I ever saw on the internet (put aside that international Pokemon week) was the Korean 1st season opening and I actually thought it was the Japanese one. But it's still really good Just wish I had the lyrics in readable Korean because I dont know Hangul

I saw some Chinese opening somewhere on YouTube, and I don't think it was a translation.

I like Oltre I Cieli Dell'Avventura. "Que Clase de PokśŠmon Eres Tśş" and "Quel Type de PokśŠmon Es-Tu" are interesting, too. Pour un PokśŠmon Plante, c'est une vraie pollution!

Oltre I Cieli Dell Avventura's my favorite Italian Pokemon song~ It's so catchy. :D

I love the 7th opening to the Norwegian Pokemon dub. Yeah, it's just a dub of the English equivalent ("This Dream"), but it's better than the original, dammit.

I love the Italian openings! My favourite is the 1st, 5th opening and their Advanced Battle! Poke, Poke, Poke, Poke, kemon, kemon, kemon, kemon, Poke, Poke, Poke, Poke BATTLE ADVANCE!

I do have to admit I like those foreign songs that were dubs over of the English version that they had on ytmnd and they had alternate lyrics like "Pokemon, Come and slap the deer!" or "Pokemon, douche can **** em all" WAY better than the original English version.

I like Korean Openings a lot. The first two ones are far better than English one. The AG one is... pretty nice. The DP one has an awesome moment, and then becomes meh.Quote- by Crystal Clair Just wish I had the lyrics in readable Korean because I dont know HangulOkay, which opening? I know Hangul, I can make a Romanised version.

The Italian openings catches me the most attention. All of the Spanish the Latino Mexcian Dub, they tend to translate from the English version. But sounds so weird to me. But I enjoyed seeing the Pokerap at the end.

Hmm, that's an interesting idea: does anyone know of any non-Japanese, non-English dub BGM? On the other hand, impactkhtennis_thewind:Spoiler:show spoilerI might be able to help you out with two or three of those. (I'm 99% sure I know what you mean by "Gringy City," but what exactly do you mean by "PokśŠmon Fanfare," and by "Sabrinas Psychic Premonition," you mean the song that played at the very beginning of "Abra and the Psychic Showdown," right?)

Other scenes that i can remember out of the top of my head is when Ash's squirtle wakes up Blastoise on "Beach-Blank out blastoise". and yes you are right about "abra and the psychic showdown" The more mellow song that was used.

I only have two of those. I emailed them to you. On topic, I listened to some Chinese and Korean openings yesterday. The one I have the full version of is the first Cantonese opening. I must say, though, that they all generally sucked except that one, and I disliked the first Korean op most.

I've heard Team Rocket's motto song in French and German. Jessie and James in German sounds seriously evil (though James sounds like a 40 year old man, what's up with that?). I've also heard some openings in Chinese and Italian (the Italian one was great, very upbeat). I'm trying to find Misty's Song in French but no luck yet. The French CD (2.B.A Master) is out of print and I haven't been able to purchase it anywhere.
